Family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 pm. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014, at Beechwold Christian Church, 280 Morse Road, Columbus, OH 43214 Phone: 61. Her greatest joy was being a mother and fun grand mother and always sharing and giving her love for others, especially children. Sharon reached out to everyone she met and cherished each relationship. She was known as a gracious hostess, often referred to as "The Hostess with the Mostess". Sharon had a passion for music, dance, and entertaining. Sharon was born and raised in Toledo, OH by Christian parents in the 50's where “Life was Good" and "Life was Fun"! Sharon graduated from Nathan Hale Grade School, DeVilbiss High School and attended The Ohio State University and The University of Toledo. Brother William Siegel (Kathy), Sharon and her brother Bill had a beautiful sibling relationship they were always there for each other, and ten precious grandchildren Ethan, Jamin, Matea, Patrick, Abigail, Mallory, Sophie, Parker, Liam and Mateo. Paul's children: Lucinda Kerschensteiner (David), Holly Kerschensteiner Logan (Jim), Bradley Kerschensteiner. Also survived by their blended families, Sharon's children: Jeffrey Garbe (Tamera), Candace Garbe Clunk (Dave), William Garbe (Tammy). Sharon said that their love story was an incredible journey of many joys and adventures. Survived by loving and devoted husband Paul. She was born on April 17, 1942, and was preceded in death by loving parents Carlton and Addie Siegel, grandparents, aunts, uncle's, cousins and many close friends.
